God commanded Moses to prepare an altar of incense for the tabernacle and take a census. Only the authorized incense could be burnt on the altar. So, what's the purpose of the altar and what was the authorized incense? As for the census, God was angry with King David when he took a census. Why did God commanded Moses to take the census on Israelites Himself? As for us today, how should we apply the altar and census to our spiritual life?
